At VeeruPrintStudio, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Color preference
• Buyer's remorse

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Printed incorrectly
• Different from what you ordered

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because each item is made specifically for you.
